Warrantee

Boot Buddies, Inc. warrants for a period of one year from the date of original sale, that your pair of Boot Buddies or Zip Zorbers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal non-business use. Boot Buddies, Inc.'s obligation is limited to replacing the defective product.
Warrantee valid for original owner, when returned to a retailer with original purchase receipt.
Warranty does not cover product damage attributable to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized alterations or repair, vandalism, or usage for commercial or rental purposes.
Except for written warrantee, no other expressed warrantee is given or authorized by Boot Buddies, Inc. Boot Buddies, Inc. disclaims any implied warrantee of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for any period beyond the expressed warrantee. No Boot Buddies, Inc. retailer has the authority to change or modify this warrantee in any respect.
Boot Buddies, Inc. may not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or performance of this product. These include but are not necessarily limited to; loss of use of the product, loss of time, enjoyment, or revenue, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.
